Mensch und Natur
14. - 15.6.2025

For the very first time, Munichs movement teachers Ludwig Hefele, Raphael Hafez and Nil Teisner team up for a one of a kind movement immersion. Together they will combine over 25 years of teaching knowledge and give deep insights to their various practices and training styles.
Explore the connection between skill building, physical preparation and creativity in this 5 day event. Dive into the wonderful world of acrobatics, learn to use your environment (both natural and urban) to enhance your practice. Develop your physicality using routines, strength work and release techniques. Discover playful movement scenarios and rekindle your inner mover.
We’ll be diving into various disciplines that inspire and influence Ludwig’s, Raphael’s and Nil’s practice: Soft Acrobatics, Parkour, Breaking, Strength and Conditioning, Body Work, Partner Practice, Dance and more.
During the Practice Intensive we will explore dynamically each day. There will be a minimum of 20hrs of practice, with opportunity for extra exploration outside of this. The practice sessions will be held indoors as well as outdoors in Munichs beautiful nature.
Join us and transform how you move – and how you see yourself.

All teachers have studied this field intensively, you can expect great and unique content here
Risk and Fear in Motion:
Explore parkour-inspired techniques to safely navigate fear, develop trust, and build a simple method to confront and grow from fear.Learn rolling and falling techniques, test them in playful ways and integrate them into acrobatic exploration.
The Movement Perspective:
In the end we don’t just want to offer isolated practices and ideas. As interdisciplinary movement teachers, we will weave all materials and contents together to create a unique, holistic and vibrant event. We perceive beauty in the bringing together of seemingly separate ideas and see great value in doing so for our practices and furthermore life.
Open Level:
To participate in the intensive you don’t need any special acrobatic skills, you don’t need to be particularly agile or overly strong. However, you should have an active movement practice – which style doesn’t matter. Please remember that we will be moving intensively for many hours over many days. Also, for this event it is expected that one has the willingness to try something unfamiliar, to show openness to novel experiences.
All participants of past events do not have to worry about repetitive material: the workshop is being revisited and updated frequently. While basic material will be taught in this one as well, Raphael, Ludwig and Nil offer a great range of variations for all experience levels.
Post Workshop:
Following the intensive, all participants will receive a summary document with videos, texts and other resources that were covered during the weekend. It is understood that the resources will be treated with respect.
About Nil:
A mover since day one: early exposure to various disciplines formed Nil’s love for movement and honed his connection to physicality.
His teaching is informed by various interests and practices, including rehab & health training, acrobatics, skateboarding, dance, weight training, parkour, didactics, pedagogy. The way of working is and remains dynamic: new experiences are integrated into the work, curiosities are being followed.
The teaching goes beyond the physical: aspects such as learning experiences and processes, exploration of the self, trust in one’s own body or fear management are an integral part of the approach.
About Ludwig:
Ludwig is studying sport sciences and has been a parkour and movement practitioner for over a decade. In 2013 he started coaching parkour at a local club in Munich. Since then he’s been developing his (coaching-) skills to build a holistic training system that includes many different disciplines like parkour, breaking and gymnastics.
Next to the physical aspect of practice, Ludwig is also interested in the psycho and socio-psychological aspects and how we can transform, build and shape our character through a meaningful practice. He developed a broad and versatile skillset by taking different classes like BJJ, MMA or Modern dance and by joining different Workshops about physical and mental practice.
Besides his in person classes, he also teaches online and is part of different companies like Modern Methods of Mobility, Handstand Factory and Motion Impulse. He also started digging into performing arts and is part of several agencies which specialize in shows and events.
